Looking for a website that does more for your business? If you would like to streamline your business processes and improve your customers experience, then we can help.
Who do we work with?
We work with business of all different sizes, from sole traders, small businesses and larger corporate bodies too. Our solutions and support levels are tailored to your needs, whether that is long term development and support, or a seamless hand off to your internal teams to take the project forward after it reaches maturity.
Why choose us to develop your website?
We have over 10 years experience in web development with development ranging from smaller integrations into third party service and full end to end development of software solutions for your business. Your success and satisfaction is our top priority and we work with you every step of the way to make sure your solution fits your needs perfectly.
In addition to this, we provide long term support and development contracts too. We understand that business needs change, and you don't truly know exactly what your website will need until it is in the wild and being used on a daily basis. With this in mind, your application will be developed with future development in mind, meaning we can easily iterate on your application and add new features as and when they are required.
We build our applications using the popular Laravel framework. This popular framework is at the front of many web applications today, and is maintained by a large community of developers this means you are guaranteed a strong application built on top of a culmination of
Let's get started!
The first part of any project is to identify the requirements. What is your website going to be used for? who is going to use it? Does it need to integrate with any third party services like payment processing solutions or crm systems? It's a lot to think about, so we will conduct a meeting, either over zoom or in person to flesh out your requirements. Following this meeting, we will put together a proposal, stating all of the requirements you have identified, and how we see the project working, including timelines and costings. We will also include any suggestions that we think might be beneficial, these suggestions are optional, but they also might make you think of something you have missed too. We will also discuss hosting and costings of any third party services which might be required for your website.
The next step will be a prototype design. During this time, we will create a skeleton website with dummy content to show you how your website might look. This skeleton website will be deployed to a staging server and shared with you. This process will involve some back and forth between you and a member of our team whilst we firm up the design, including colour schemes and general look and feel.
Finally, we start developing the features you have asked for. These will be done in "sprints" during which the features will be developed and then sent for you to review, test and accept. You will be told exactly what to expect with each given sprint and you will test to make sure it fulfills your requirements completely. If it does not, then you can raise this with our team and we will adjust the feature until it behaves exactly as you'd expect. This process will then repeat with each of the agreed features being completed until your web application is complete.
Depending upon your website, these features may not all be required for the website to go live, in which case, some websites will already be live when the ongoing development continues.
Project finished, website live, so what's next?
To get the very best out of your website, they need maintenance and occasional tweaking. In some cases, your internal IT department (if you have one) can handle a lot of this, and we'd only need to be consulted with if something went wrong, or changes were required. If you don't have someone who can look after and maintain your website, we'd highly recommend discussing a long term support solution where we look after your website (and hosting/infrastructure). These support solutions can be for simple maintenance and security updates, or for ongoing development and improvements.
All of our projects, no matter what size include 12 months of aftercare support, including bug fixes, and security updates.
